READ TESTIMONIALS

Founded and run by working radiologists, our 120+ board-certified radiologists and cardiologists work closely with more than 410+ hospitals, imaging centers, doctor’s offices and mobile imaging companies around the country.

From 2016 through 2018, Direct Radiology was prominently listed on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America. We were the only radiology or teleradiology practice on the list, and we believe this is due to our commitment to continuous quality improvement, unparalleled service levels, accurate radiology reports, and fast turnaround times.

In March 2019, Philips partnered with Direct Radiology to enhance and improve the radiologist experience, staying true to its key message to customers: “For radiologists, by radiologists”. Incorporating Philips’ innovative artificial intelligence, cutting edge analytics, new and interactive technology, and stronger support services into the clinical operations of Direct Radiology, we are mutually positioned to change how hospitals and imaging centers view teleradiology as a preliminary service, and instead the next step in an evolution in the practice of radiology.

Continuous Quality Improvement
We maintain robust quality improvement and peer review programs. Our average discrepancy rate has consistently been below 0.5%. We review 1% of all our final reads using a proprietary system based on RadPeer™ with additional emphasis on clinical significance.

Client Retention Rate
We are as committed to clients as they are to us, and our 99% retention rate proves that. Quality is imperative to our practice and the reason behind our service culture of responsiveness and availability. To ensure this effort, our dedicated Client Services Manager reaches out to all partners on a regular basis to help us continually optimize our services.

Turnaround Times
We excel in producing quality reads with fast turnaround times because we know you and your patients are depending on us.
